Preset rules are ready-made checks. You choose a few settings, write your message and save. Each preset can be added once. When it has been added, it shows an Added badge in the rule list.

Add a preset rule

  1. On the Home page, click Add new rule.
  2. Choose a rule from the list.
  3. Fill in the settings and the message, choose a status and click Save.
To change a rule later, click it in My Rules on the Home page.

Missing House Number

Blocks addresses with no number in Address line 1.

Missing Apartment, Suite, etc.

Requires a number in Address line 2.

Missing VAT Number

Requires company details on B2B orders.

Prevent P.O. Boxes

Blocks P.O. Box addresses, in several languages.

Phone Must Match Country

Checks the phone’s dial code against the shipping country.

Block non-Latin characters

Blocks letters outside the Latin alphabet in the fields you choose.

Keyword Matching Rule

Blocks words or characters you don’t want in a field.

Character Count Limit

Sets a minimum and maximum length for a field.

Regex Matching Rule

Checks a field against a pattern, such as a postcode or phone format.

Additional Information Validation

Requires customs and tax IDs for certain countries.
