## Help us help you faster

Include these details in your message:

* Your store's `.myshopify.com` address.
* The name of the rule.
* What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
* What you entered at checkout, such as the country, address or products.
* A screenshot of the checkout and of the rule settings, if you can.

## Request a new rule or condition

Can't find a preset rule or a condition for what you need? Email us with an example of an order you want to block. You can also click **+ Request condition** in the custom rule builder.
